Please ensure that you enter a contact number when you checkout as our couriers may contact you prior to delivery.

This is important and please be assured that your number will only be used for delivery purposes.

 

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

Orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday from our UK based warehouses. The majority of our products are sent out by a national based UK courier on a next day service.

We offer free shipping on all orders to UK Mainland Only. Scotland, Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may have some delivery charges may apply, depending on area. There will more info at the checkout page.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them.

When purchasing from our site you must select the correct postcode for delivery.

Please note that any order placed after 4pm will be processed the following next working day.

 

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

Tracking information will be sent to you via email to the email address that you enter at checkout. This informs you that your order is on it's way and allows you to track the progress of the delivery if you wish.

A free Text Message will also be sent to you by our couriers on the day of delivery advising of the expected delivery time. 

Please ensure that both your mobile number and email address are up to date to benefit from these free services!

PRE-BOOKED DELIVERY

Some products are sent on a pre-book delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, the courier will contact you to book a convenient date for delivery.

THIRD PARTY ASSEMBLY

If your intention is to hire the services of a third-party installer to assist with your flat-pack furniture assembly, we recommend that you only book their services once your entire order has been successfully delivered and that you have checked over all parts, assembly instructions and fittings and that you are happy that you have everything required in order to assemble the furniture.

We will not reimburse any fees incurred by the customer for installation or the use of any third-party installation service(s).

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 - 2-5 Working Day Shipping

Some of our larger and/or ready assembled products unless otherwise stated are sent out by a national based UK courier on a 3-5 working day delivery service.

 

- Non-UK Mainland

Shipping to the north of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and other offshore areas are available at a surcharge and each item is dependent on weight.

These deliveries are usually on a 3-5 working day delivery service, postage will be calculated automatically at checkout.

 

Returns

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
